Join Our Exceptional Maintenance Team at Talbert Woods Apartments and Townhomes– Mooresville, NC (300 units)! A community built, owned and managed by Palms, Associates, LLC.

Are you a reliable, hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help deliver clean, well-maintained homes to our residents. What We’re Looking For

General maintenance skills – plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more
