Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled & motivated Maintenance Assistant Supervisor in Forth Worth, TX at Bexley at Left Bank. This role involves managing a service team to ensure efficient upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of grounds and buildings, focusing on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing and coordinating activities of the maintenance team.
2. Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
3. Supervise in-house and vendor work, schedule tasks, and share on-call duties.
4. Ensure high-quality maintenance practices to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of trade-related experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I & II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Proficient in computer software for work order management, scheduling, and communication.
• Valid driver’s license, transportation, and tools.
• Willingness to share on-call duties.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting at $25/hour, depending on experience.
• On-call bonus of $150/week plus $150/holiday on-call bonus.
• Quarterly bonus potential of $1,110.
• Benefits include vacation & sick leave, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount, and 401K with company match.
