Qualifications

• Dependable and hardworking with a working knowledge of maintenance tasks.
• Willing to learn the responsibilities of the Maintenance Director to support future advancement.
• Excellent attention to safety and detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily room rounds
• Daily/weekly/monthly/annual safety checks
• Plant maintenance including painting, furniture repairs, other repairs, or installations
• Coordinate contractors for outsourced work
• Use work order software to catalog inspections
