You will perform routine preventive maintenance on facility equipment, assist with repairs, run errands, and help with on-call emergencies.

A high school diploma or GED is required; willingness to learn and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail; able to follow directions.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.

• Assists with basic facility repair of property, equipment and grounds.
• Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
• Runs errands, handles incoming and outgoing freight, lifts and moves heavy furniture and equipment.
• Provides routine inspection of property and equipment and maintains records of work.
• Performs occasional paid on-call duty for emergencies as needed.
