Job Description - Maintenance Assistant (Part Time) - Home2 Suites Helena (HOT0BOWM)

Position: Maintenance Assistant (Part Time)

Location: Home2 Suites Helena, SE of Township 1 North, Range 3 West, Section 17, Helena 59602

This role involves maintaining the physical functionality of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas. Responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry. The Maintenance Assistant inspects guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for both needed repairs and preventive maintenance, recording and reporting completed repairs and items needing further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order'.

What will I be doing?

Performing repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the hotel facilities, inspecting areas for maintenance needs, and documenting repairs and issues.
