Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a part-time maintenance technician for the Wellington at Hershey's Mill community. You will handle work orders, prepare apartments for move-ins, and organize supplies while performing a range of repairs.

You should be comfortable with basic mechanical/electrical tasks, be a clear communicator, and work independently to complete projects and contribute to a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary, although general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.
• You pride yourself on clear and positive communication with everyone you encounter.
• You excel at independent work and feel a sense of accomplishment after completing a project.
