Status: Part Time

Responsibilities:
  • Complete work orders as requested, including changing light bulbs, AC filters, painting, plumbing, light carpentry, sheetrock repair, and other maintenance duties
  • Assist with maintenance of community areas, grounds, fences, parking, ditches, community houses, pools, spas, furniture, appliances, HVAC, and lift stations
  • Maintain service equipment, power tools, and kitchen equipment
  • Keep preventative maintenance records and utilize work order systems to track repairs
  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Promote safety by identifying and resolving hazards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of residential maintenance experience
  • Experience with sheetrock, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building maintenance
  • Understanding of building and fire safety protocols
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, walking, climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting between 50-100 lbs
  • Availability after hours as needed
  • Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one
