  • A. Cleansand maintains stairways, storage areas, boiler room and outdoor areas.
  • B. Keeps grounds clear of debris andproperly maintained.
  • C. Performs repairs on doors, walls,floors, and ceilings.
  • D. Completes maintenance work orderrequests in a timely manner.
  • E. Painting, caulking, drywall, pressurewashing and sealing
