Maintenance Assistant - Keene at the District

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
  • Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
  • Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
  • Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
  • One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
  • Possession of minimum tools required.
  • Ability to be available “on call” 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Position Details
  • Type: Full-time, Hourly Rate: $25-$27/hr.
  • Location: Keene, NH (or specified location).
