The Maintenance Assistant maintains the physical functionality of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas. Responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry. The role involves inspecting guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas for needed and preventive maintenance, as well as recording and reporting completed repairs and items requiring further attention or room 'out of order.'

Assist in maintaining the property's physical condition by performing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
