*PART-TIME, 10am-4pm Wednesday-Saturday

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Assistant maintains the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and our established policies and procedures.
• May be directed by the Director of Building Services.
• Knowledge in Preventative Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, and Carpentry required. Painting and Handyman experience a plus.
• English is required.
