Job description

Starting Wage: $21.00/hour

Maintains the physical functionality of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas. Performs a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry. Inspects guestrooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas for needed and preventive maintenance. Records and reports completed repairs and items that require further attention or that necessitate placing a room 'out of order.'
