Position Summary

Responsible for assisting the Director of Maintenance in repairs, upkeep, and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the center. Responsibilities include gardening, lawn care, painting, plastering, minor equipment repair, snow removal, and other tasks as requested.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, or general maintenance
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Post-acute care or healthcare experience (preferred)
