Shift Available: Full Time Sunday to Thursday 9am to 5pm

The Maintenance Technician works with the Environmental Services Director to perform repairs and maintenance of the building, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of the community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and painting
• Monitor and document building systems
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety of residents and staff
• Collaborate with the Environmental Services Director to address concerns
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders
• Train staff on safety procedures, including fire safety

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of maintenance and housekeeping practices
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases
• Sound judgment and reporting skills
