The position requires hands-on skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and related tasks, with a PAID PTO and benefits package as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in maintenance.
• Hands-on skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, and painting.
• Nursing home experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and TELS preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and more.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Conduct routine inspections and promptly address minor repairs.
• Maintain HVAC systems, including regular filter changes.
• Support overall facility upkeep to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Shift: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
