RealAmerica is seeking an Apartment Property Manager for Fort Wayne, IN to oversee occupancy, budget adherence, rent collection, and compliance across LIHTC, HUD and market-rate properties. You will manage superintendent staff, coordinate with vendors and ensure tenant satisfaction while maintaining regulatory standards.
Three core functions include leasing, budget management, and team leadership to deliver stable occupancy and high service levels.
FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Hourly
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are looking for a full-time Property Manager for our apartments located in Fort Wayne, IN.
The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy of the property, control expenses and staying within the property’s operating budget, rent collection, delinquency/collections, resident satisfaction/retention, maintenance issues and upkeep of the grounds and office areas and achieving all compliance-related measures/guidelines/requirements.

The Property Manager will regularly communicate with all necessary RealAmerica Management Company employees, their supervisors, outside vendors and other individuals as deemed necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
