Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility clean, safe, and operational for residents and staff. You will perform routine tasks, assist with repairs and upkeep, and support daily maintenance operations while prioritizing safety and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers or dryers, and emergency generators.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
