Job summary

Regency Laurel Hill in Grants Pass, OR, seeks a Temp Van Driver/Maintenance Assistant to support residents and maintenance operations. You will repair, maintain, and safeguard community facilities while adhering to safety protocols in a role split between resident care and maintenance tasks.

The position offers a flexible schedule, on-call readiness, and a chance to contribute to a compassionate, senior-oriented living environment at Regency Laurel Hill.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, offices, resident rooms, equipment, exterior and grounds of the community.
• Follow and document the preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment.
• Refurbish resident rooms between tenants.
• Work a flexible schedule, including on-call, for resident safety.
• Avoid loss, breakage, and waste of supplies and equipment.

Temp Assignment

As Van Driver/Maintenance Assistant, you will repair and maintain our community, equipment, & safety systems while adhering to regulatory guidelines and testing protocol.

You Will

• Maintain common areas, offices, resident rooms, equipment, exterior and grounds of the community
• Follow and document the preventative maintenance programs for the community and equipment
• Refurbish resident rooms between tenants
• Work a flexible schedule, including on-call, for resident safety
• Avoid loss, breakage, and waste of supplies and equipment

You Currently

• Must have valid driver's license in good standing.
• Work safely and recognize/resolve potentially dangerous situations
• Relate positively and communicate appropriately with others
• Work independently
• Have compassion and interest in working with the senior population
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
