As a Maintenance Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a safe and attractive environment that enables us to provide the quality care and support our residents deserve. It's important that our homes make the right first impression and that every area is always well-maintained. The role of Maintenance Assistant offers variety as you'll undertake a range of tasks to ensure our building and grounds are at their best every day.

ABOUT YOU
You'll need some experience in property maintenance to join us as a Maintenance Assistant. We also look for a patient, caring nature and a genuine interest in our community. Additionally, you should be reliable and willing to handle a variety of tasks focused on maintaining the home to high standards.
