Pinnacle Groves Senior Living invites applications for a Plant Operations Assistant in Rogers, AR. This full-time role supports the Plant Operations Director, maintains facilities, and ensures safety and efficient operations in a senior living community.

The ideal candidate has HVAC certification exposure, 2+ years in maintenance with supervision, strong communication, and ability to handle heavy physical tasks in varied weather. Join a team that values growth and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• HVAC certification and experience highly recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing.
• At least two (2) years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds.
• Position is very active with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping; ladder use required.
• Must have a clean driving record per insured’s policy.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Location: Rogers, AR

Our starting wage for Plant Operations Assistant is: $17.50-$22.50 per hour!

Shift Schedule- Tuesday – Saturday 8 am – 4:30 pm

We are looking for someone (like you):

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• A certification and experience in HVACC highly recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing required. Landscaping experience a plus.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in apartment or other multiple unit maintenance with supervisory experience.
• You will possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items more than 50 pounds.
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day, and the use of a ladder is required. Job functions require both indoor and outdoor work, including in periods of inclement weather.
• You must be criminally cleared.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• Must have a clean driving record as per the insured’s policy.
• Experience in senior housing is preferred.
• You must have a working knowledge of current OSHA regulations.
