Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support facility operations and resident comfort. You will perform general maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and help ensure safety and code compliance across building systems.

The role requires basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or with a team. Valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Assist with general maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours on-call maintenance as needed.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pest control.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on facility needs).
