Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Estate at Hyde Park in Tampa, FL. You will handle routine upkeep, respond to work orders, and help prepare apartments for move-in, contributing to a safe and welcoming community for residents.

Ideal candidates are proactive, communicate clearly, and take pride in completing repairs and projects independently. Previous experience is not required, but general mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus, with opportunities to grow

• No experience is necessary, although general mechanical and/or electrical knowledge is preferred.

• You are self-assured and possess a can-do attitude.
