Job summary

Palm Garden is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support our Sun City Center facility in Florida. You will help maintain healthcare equipment, ensure compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA, and local health department standards, and support a safe, clean living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of preventative maintenance experience and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. We offer daily pay, PTO from day one, tuition reimbursement, and strong benefits.
