Job summary

The Richardson School in Sheboygan, Wisconsin is hiring a part-time Maintenance Assistant to support daily operations, safety, and upkeep of our campus. You will perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, grounds care, and coordinate with external vendors to keep classrooms, hallways, and outdoor spaces welcoming and safe for students, staff, and visitors.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance or facilities experience.

Responsibilities

This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for students, staff, and visitors in accordance with state and school standards.**Job Summary**We are looking for a dependable and skilled **Maintenance Assistant** to support building operations, grounds upkeep, and equipment maintenance at our school campus. This role includes routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, seasonal grounds care, and coordination with outside vendors when needed.
