Job summary

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a maintenance worker to support the maintenance department and ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state and local codes. Under the Maintenance Supervisor, you will help keep the facility sanitary, attractive and in good repair, addressing electrical, plumbing and HVAC concerns.

This is a full-time evening shift (11:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.), Saturday through Wednesday.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility to be sanitary, attractive and in good repair, addressing hazards from electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
• Assist in the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State and Local codes and regulations.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. Assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electric, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

Hours: 11a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday thru Wednesday
