Job summary

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support the maintenance department and ensure a sanitary, safe, and compliant environment for residents. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform maintenance tasks in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Knowledge of Maintenance procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years' work experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities to ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state and local regulations and building codes.
• Assist in maintaining the facility to be sanitary, attractive and in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electric, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
