Job summary

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support the maintenance department under the Maintenance Supervisor. The role ensures environmental center compliance with applicable regulations and keeps the facility in safe, clean, and well-maintained condition. Work hours are 11:00 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m., Saturday through Wednesday, on a full-time basis. Benefits include 401(k) matching, dental, health, life, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures is required.
• 2+ years in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and codes.
• Assist in maintaining a sanitary, attractive, and orderly facility in good repair and free from hazards.

Job description

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. Assist in the maintenance of the facility to ensure a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electric, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

Full time

Hours: 11a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Saturday thru Wednesday
