Job summary

Forest Hill Health & Rehab in Richmond, VA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility safe and welcoming for residents and staff. You will assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections, and support the Maintenance Director on larger projects.

This on-site role values reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently to address requests quickly and maintain building systems.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a maintenance, repair, or facility support role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassion and respect for working in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities
