Job summary

The Maintenance Assistant at Trilogy Health Services is responsible for maintaining the grounds, building, and equipment of our Indiana health campus in a safe and efficient manner. You will assist with the Maintenance Department's operations under the direction of the Executive Director to ensure resident safety and satisfaction.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely and efficiently.
• Meets all state requirements for transporting residents, including proper licensing and certifications.
• For Kentucky applicants: Must complete a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical before providing transportation service

Position Overview

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible to maintain the grounds, building, and equipment of our Health Campus in a safe and effective manner to ensure the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our residents, as well as organize, develop, and assist with the direction of the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our health campus, and as may be instructed by the Executive Director.
