Overview

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care are leading operators of assisted living and memory care communities across 25 locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. We serve over 1,400 seniors and employ more than 1,000 staff members. Responsibilities

1. Assist with preventative maintenance for the community, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliances, and amenities, managing outside vendors and contractors as needed.
2. Ensure all efforts meet operational, safety standards, and legal requirements.
3. Handle customer service requests via work order system, prioritize, delegate, and follow through to resolution.
4. Support apartment turnover and maintenance programs to maximize community value, assessing damages for charges.
5. Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and rooms to ensure functionality.
6. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
7. May operate a company vehicle if required.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Basic arithmetic skills for measurements, calculations, and analysis.
2. Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
3. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and operation of standard office and maintenance equipment.
4. Proficiency with maintenance tools and safety procedures, including training others.
5. Ability to transport up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces or at heights over 8-9 feet.
6. Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and Safety Data Sheets.
7. Valid driver’s license; willingness to drive company or personal vehicle.
8. Compliance with company motor vehicle policies.
