This role supports daily facility operations through general repairs, preventive maintenance, and grounds upkeep within a Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Painting, wall repair, and window repair
• Basic plumbing (fixture repair/replacement)
• Basic carpentry (handrails, drawers, hardware)

• Heating and cooling system support
