Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our health campus in Lima, Ohio. You will maintain grounds, buildings, and equipment to support resident safety and satisfaction, while assisting the Maintenance Department in accordance with applicable regulations.
The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a valid license for transporting residents may be required, and potentially DOT physicals for Kentucky applicants.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible to maintain the grounds, building, and equipment of our Health Campus in a safe and effective manner to ensure the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our residents, as well as organize, develop, and assist with the direction of the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our health campus, and as may be instructed by the Executive Director.
