Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a full-time days shift at the North Capitol location. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community’s physical plant and grounds safe, clean and attractive for residents and staff.

You will assist with electrical, heating and cooling tasks, perform routine upkeep, and contribute to a welcoming environment in a senior living setting. A strong commitment to CARE values is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, families, customers and staff.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training.

Requirements
