Job summary

Creekside Post Acute in Hopewell, VA is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to keep the facility safe and clean. You will work both independently and with a team to complete tasks efficiently and support residents.

Ideal candidates have basic preventive maintenance knowledge, painting, plumbing, and groundskeeping, plus willingness to learn new skills and adapt to residents' needs; HVAC knowledge is helpful.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to be flexible and learn new skills.
• Ability to support the team by multi-tasking as needed.
• Basic knowledge of preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, and groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of HVAC helpful.
