$18 hourly although wage may vary depending on experience

Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Assist in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining machinery
• Perform routine maintenance
• Support set up and teardown of equipment during changeovers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas
• Monitor equipment performance and report concerns to Maintenance Manager
• Assist in basic facility maintenance as needed
• Comply with all safety procedures and plant policies
• Participates in safety audits, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities
  
  

Job Specifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout packaging operation.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely on occasion as required.
• Able to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
