Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Plant Operations staff member at its Hartford Rehab & Wellness Center. You will assist the Plant Operations Director to keep facilities, equipment, and utilities in good working order while maintaining grounds in line with set policies and regulatory standards.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED and ability to operate lawn care and maintenance equipment. Our benefits package and supportive culture help employees thrive in a team environment.

How You Will Make a Difference

Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.
