We’re seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our growing team! This role is vital in ensuring the facility’s equipment and environment remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency with attendance are essential for success in this position. The ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and remain composed under pressure are also key.

Your Impact as a Maintenance Assistant

In this role, you will:

  • Perform routine maintenance functions throughout the facility as assigned.

  • Ensure the physical plant, equipment, and grounds are in safe and efficient working order.

  • Conduct basic repairs on equipment and tools to maintain functionality.

  • Communicate effectively with staff to report or respond to maintenance issues.

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily tasks and preventative maintenance efforts.
