Oasis Nursing & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents and staff. You will perform routine tasks, assist with repairs, and support daily operations to maintain the physical plant and equipment in excellent condition.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with facility systems, strong teamwork, and a safety-first mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role in El Paso, TX, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Basic preventive maintenance principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks across the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of equipment and tools.

• Support Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
