As a Maintenance employee, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities apartments/rooms are in top condition and move-in ready. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong attention to detail, has remodeling and painting experience, is highly organized, and has experience with a variety of different tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Painting and Remodeling Apartments/Rooms
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to avoid future problems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance work performed
• Work with external vendors and contractors when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 years of experience in a maintenance role
• Experience with remodeling apartments
• Experience with a variety of hand and power tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
