Job summary

Nexus Health is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Director in maintaining a safe, comfortable nursing home environment. You will assist with routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and coordinating with facility leaders to keep operations running smoothly.

The role involves responding to repair requests, performing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, painting, and keeping workspaces tidy.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is highly valued.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift, walk, and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of IDPH and State Regulations a plus.

Responsibilities
