Job Summary:

Performs semi-skilled maintenance work, including installation, alteration, and repair of kitchen and patient care equipment, medical gas systems, pipes, fittings, fixtures, and other systems according to specifications and plumbing codes. Responsibilities include assisting licensed plumbers, reading blueprints, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Must possess a valid New York State Driver's License and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working at heights.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of maintenance or mechanical work experience under a skilled tradesman or completion of a two-year technical school course.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Salary: $42,641 annually.

Location: Syracuse, NY.

Position Status: Contingent/Permanent.
