FutureCare Associates, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform preventative maintenance on building systems, medical equipment, and safety gear.
You will document repairs, logs, and temperature checks while ensuring compliance with regulatory codes and FutureCare policies. The role requires at least 2 years experience in maintenance, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
At FutureCare our Maintenance Assistants play a critical role in maintaining all physical building assets in and around facility property areas. Under limited direction, the Maintenance Assistance will provide general service and repair work to ensure all facility areas are well maintained and operating within budgetary guidelines for our residents and staff.
