Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets).
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Perform manual repairs when necessary.
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Assistant to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of the premises at all of our Elite Therapy locations. You will perform maintenance tasks of a great variety such as painting, HVAC upkeep, changing lightbulbs, assembling new furniture and therapy equipment, grounds cleanup, weed removal, in addition to various other building safety-related tasks which are overseen by the Lead Maintenance Worker.

The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, etc.)
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality- change filters as needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, repair windows, tighten chairs and stools, assemble furniture and equipment, etc.)
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping, leaf cleanup) and other tasks as assigned
