The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the Director of Maintenance in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and/or Director of Maintenance, to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
As the Maintenance staff you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to carry out your assigned duties.
