Momentous Health at Sidney, part of Momentous Health, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our Sidney location. You will contribute to resident care by maintaining clean, orderly rooms and supporting facility projects under supervision.

The role emphasizes respect for the healthcare team, reliable attendance, and solid communication. Previous nursing home exposure and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing home experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including email.
• Familiar with work order systems (TELS preferred).
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team.
• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care.

Responsabilités

• Completes and oversees facility projects as directed.
• Keeps resident rooms neat and in order in a timely fashion.
• Assists with audits and inspections per Health and Life Safety Code.
• Other tasks as assigned by Administrator or Director of Environmental Services.

Responsibilities Include:

• Completes and oversees facility projects as directed

• Helps ensure resident rooms are neat and in order in a timely fashion

• Assists with audits and inspections as dictated by Department of Health and Life Safety Code requirements

• Other tasks as assigned by Administrator and/or Director of Environmental Services

Minimum Requirements:

• Nursing home experience preferred

• Basic computer skills including email

• Familiar with work order systems (TELS preferred)

• Written and verbal communication skills
