Job Description

An opportunity for a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman/Caretaker based in the Birmingham area. This position is full-time, initially offered on a temporary basis for 3-6 months, with the possibility of going permanent. The hourly rate will be approximately £17-£18 per hour, paid through an Umbrella Company.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting tradespeople with PPM and reactive maintenance
2. Flushing water systems
3. Plant Room Checks
4. Fire Alarm Testing and Checks
5. DIY and minor Maintenance Tasks
