Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking a maintenance leader to manage the department's daily operations, ensure equipment reliability, and drive safety and regulatory compliance at our Greencastle, IN facility.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field OR 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance related environment.
2 year Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team (e.g. risk control) or 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; with 1 year in maintenance.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance department daily operations and ensure equipment performance (material handling, pneumatic, electrical, compressors, refrigeration).
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (OSHA, NFPA, Hazardous Waste, Storm Water, DOT).
