Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician Apprentice to train with our property management team and learn essential skills in property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical work. Over 14 weeks, you will receive hands-on training and classroom instruction, guided by experienced team members.
