Olympus Pines, a fast-growing Tommy's Express Car Wash franchise group in Waldorf, MD, is hiring a Maintenance Apprentice. You will learn hands-on equipment and facility system maintenance, supported by experienced technicians.

No prior maintenance experience is required, and a company vehicle is provided at apprenticeship completion. You’ll assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance while documenting tasks in the work order system and growing your career in the skilled

Qualifications

• Interest in developing hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to learn maintenance techniques and equipment updates.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with senior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining car wash equipment and facility systems.
• Learn to use the work order system to document maintenance tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Help keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools and parts.
• Learn maintenance procedures and best practices from senior technicians.
