Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Apprentice to join our team in Minnesota. You will complete our Maintenance Apprentice Program (MAP) and rotate with mentors to become a skilled technician.

Successful completion leads to the Maintenance Technician I role with ongoing development opportunities. As a Maintenance Apprentice, you will learn diagnosis, repair, and prevention of maintenance issues across car washes in your region, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Mechanical interest and aptitude (e.g., working on cars as a hobby).
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while working individually and as a member of a team.
• Sense of urgency and dedication to minimizing site downtime.
• Availability and flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends, with a varying schedule.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and maintain safety.

As a Maintenance Apprentice, you will become a professional technician by completing our industry-leading Maintenance Apprentice Program (MAP). You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced mentors to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to be a successful technician. Upon completion of the MAP, you will be moved into the Maintenance Technician I role with the opportunity to continue your professional development and advance your career.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Upon offer, selected candidates are required to complete a pre-hire background check and driving history review; Maintenance Apprentices must maintain a valid driver’s license with no restrictions as a condition of employment
